This workshop is intended to provide employees with information that includes: the signs and symptoms of abuse; strategies to prevent abuse; definitions regarding the different types of abuse; and the procedures in place to help individuals at risk. Employees are required to obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment and to re-certify every 2 years.

An overview of the Agency's service delivery Data Collection Procedures and the monitoring and measurement of individual service outcomes. Employees are required to obtain certification within the first 6 months of employment and to recertify every 3 years.
