Professional Assault Crisis Training (Pro-ACT) Pro-ACT consists of 16 hours (2 days) of lecture and practical training. The emphasis is on principles to problem-solve potentially dangerous situations and avoid restraint. All employees are required to obtain certification within the first 3 months of employment and to recertify every 3 years. |
