Abuse Prevention and Response Protocol This workshop is intended to provide employees with information that includes: the signs and symptoms of abuse, strategies to prevent abuse, definitions regarding the different types of abuse and the procedures in place to help individuals at risk. All employees are required to obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment and to recertify every 2 years.
